Nachos Italiano

Looking for a quick, easy yet family friendly dinner? Here's my creation inspired by seeing some Italian chicken sausage at my local grocery store.

Nachos Italiano

1 package whole wheat pita bread,
1 lb. Italian chicken sausage
1 jar sugar free Ragu tomato basil sauce
1 jar black olives
1 cup shredded part skim mozerella cheese

Cut pita bread into chip-like triangles, place on a cookie sheet.

Brown Italian chicken sausage in a pan, drain.

Pour tomato sauce, sausage and olives over pita triangles. Top with mozerella cheese.

Broil on high for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
